Welcome to Troop 42 Lake Bluff, IL
Grace United Methodist Church has hosted Troop 42 since it was originally chartered in 1926. Troop 42 strives to provide the highest quality program and experiences for young men. The Scouts in Troop 42 are an extremely diverse and admirable group of young men. True to the Boy Scout principles, the Troop is a Boy Led organization under the leadership of the Senior Patrol Leader and the Patrol Leader Council. The Adult Leaders and Committee members recognize all of the changes and challenges that the Scouts are experiencing in their 11th through 18th years of life. The Scoutmasters provide a mentored atmosphere that allows for each individual Scout's needs and future growth.
